Maddison schemes are outside the Managed Service Legislation (MSC) so there is absolutely no third party risk.
Maddison make all of the necessary tax contributions for the temporary worker directly to HMRC, ensuring that the worker has fulfilled their tax obligations, whilst working through ourselves.
Our Umbrella scheme is suitable for all temporary workers on more than £7.50 per hour. Significant tax savings are easily achievable, through our expense dispensations which are some of the most generous and up to date in the marketplace. All workers on this scheme have employed status through the Maddison group and retain their full employment rights
